Consent to the Collection and Use of Sensitive Information (Required)

I hereby consent to ITble (CEO: Youngtae Kwon, the "Company") collecting and using my sensitive information as described below, in order to register and act as a local guide or other tour provider (a "Partner") who provides tour products to customers on the GuidePick application and related services (the "Service").

The details of the collection and use of sensitive information are as follows.

1. Purpose of collection and use

  • (1) Verification of the Partner's identity and criminal record
  • (2) Confirmation and management of the Partner's eligibility and qualifications
  • (3) User safety management through Partner identity verification

2. Items of sensitive information collected

  • The NBI Clearance document file and the criminal-record-related information contained in that document

3. Retention and use period of the sensitive information

  • Until the earlier of (i) the expiration of the validity period of the NBI Clearance and (ii) the achievement of the purpose of processing, such as the Partner's withdrawal from the Service. However, where retention is required under applicable laws, the information will be kept for the period prescribed by such laws.

4. Your right to refuse consent, and any disadvantage resulting from refusal

Partners have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of their sensitive information. However, because this sensitive information is necessary to verify the Partner's identity and criminal record, if you refuse consent you will not be able to register or act as a Partner on the Service.
