Home calendar
Your home screen is a monthly calendar that shows everything in one place:
- Yellow chips — booking requests waiting for confirmation
- Blue chips — confirmed GuidePick bookings
- Your own schedules — add external bookings or personal plans with a long-press on any date. Create reusable templates for repeated entries and set reminders (1h/8h/1day/7days before).
- Google Calendar (optional, read-only) and Philippine holidays can be shown via the ☰ menu toggles.
Reviews
When a traveler leaves a review, you're notified. From the Review tab you can read it (author names are masked) and post a reply — replies are auto-translated for the traveler. You can report inappropriate reviews for moderation.
NBI renewal — important
Your NBI Clearance must stay valid to keep receiving bookings.
- Reminders arrive 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry.
- Bookings for dates after your expiry show an "NBI renewal required" badge — renew before the expiry date or those bookings will be cancelled.
- If your NBI expires: your account is suspended, your products are taken off sale, and all pending/confirmed bookings are cancelled with full refunds to travelers.
- To renew: upload the new clearance from My Page → NBI Clearance (you can see your current "Valid until" date there). Your account goes under re-review and is restored — products and all — once approved.
Upload your renewed clearance before the old one expires to avoid any interruption.
