Getting Started — Sign Up & Verification

Sign up

  1. Download the GuidePick Partner app and sign in with Google (or Apple on iPhone).
  2. Agree to the Guide Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  3. Fill in your profile — name, photo, region (Cebu or Bohol), experience, and languages.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register as a guide. One account can be used as either a traveler account or a guide account — not both.

Identity verification

To protect travelers, every guide is verified before going live:

  1. Submit a photo of your government-issued ID.
  2. Submit a valid NBI Clearance (front page with the expiry visible).
  3. Our team reviews your documents and approves your account — you'll receive a push notification when approved.

Until approval, your account stays in Pending status and you won't appear to travelers.

After approval

Once approved you can:

  • Register tour products (they also go through a one-time review)
  • Open booking dates in Schedule Management
  • Receive and confirm bookings
